Mr. Clint Langton

Clint Langton is a quantity surveyor who graduated from London South Bank University with a first-class honors Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying in 2005.  While at the university he was awarded the university’s Surveying Division’s Quantity Surveying Prize. Clint is also a Chartered Arbitrator and is authorised to use the letters MCIArb after his name. Clint is also a member of Quantity Surveying International.

He is an active member in the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago, and have served as Treasurer in 2014 / 2015 and past president for 2016 / 2017. He is also the Chairman of the ISTT disciplinary committee. Clint has contributed numerous articles for the ISTT newsletter, for the TTCA magazine and has been a presenter and organiser of numerous ISTT seminars including the ISTT / LSA Land Conference in 2014. Clint is one of the quantity surveyors who updated the TTIA local forms of contract.

Mr Langton is a part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, the University of Trinidad and Tobago and at the Automation Technology College where he lectures to both Diploma and Bachelor students.

Clint has a wealth of experience in on-site construction management with project scheduling, cost and quality control, organizational management, negotiations and dealing with contractors and their issues.

Clint is founder and principal of his own firm Clint Langton and Associates Limited which is celebrating its 14th year in 2020.
